Our specialty is tweaking and / or recoding existing sites so they validate to W3C Standards, and hunting down errant bits of CSS or (X)HTML code to solve functionality and rendering issues. Yes, it’s a bit masochistic…but somebody has to do it…why NOT us?
All mark-up is standards-compliant XHTML, which is CSS-based – the coding method established by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). W3C is the standards authority on the Internet.
We can also re-code / clean up your existing code to conform with recommended best practices. We can convert your table-based code into table-less, CSS driven code. There are instances where we will keep table structure, and that is for data – the intended use of tables. Separating style and content will speed up page load times.
Not only will the code and mark-up validate to (X)HTML and CSS standards, it will be cross browser compatible in the major browsers – IE6 (if requested), IE7, IE8, Firefox, Opera, Google Chrome and Safari.
Below are a couple of Before-and-After screen shots of sites that have had their browser display problems corrected.
